Newsletter — March 2025
Dear Dancers-
We had such a great time at our Sweetheart Ball and hope that each of you enjoyed the evening as well.
Thanks to our very special Kelley Fletcher and her band for the wonderful dance music. Kelley always strives to have the perfect playlist to provide a variety of tunes for our favorite dances. It was also nice to have Natalja Sawal to teach some steps to the beautiful Bolero. Thanks to you both for being there.
Our Membership Campaign is coming to an end. Though you can join at anytime during the year, the earlier you do the sooner you can benefit through reduced admission fees. You can also support our Club by participating as a sponsor. Information is available on the back table about both opportunities. For your name to appear in the directory, however, you must join by March 31. Please see Walt Hannon or any Board member if you have questions about either.
Our next dance will be a "Wee Bit O' Fun" on March 15. We are thrilled to have Vicho Vicencio and his Moondance Orchestra play for us. Ben Dela Vega will be our instructor this month and teach us some cool Cha Cha moves. Please be sure to mark this date on your calendar. And, just to add a wee bit more fun, the first three people to respond to Tom Sowell at tswede1050@yahoo.com will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card.
So, get out your green and come prepared to have a great time on March 15. As the Irish would say: Let's have a sham-rockin' good time. See you then.
Linda
